2C Emulator does not include any games, BIOS files, firmware or encryption keys. 2C Emulator is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Sony, Sega or any other console maker. 2C Emulator is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2C Studio is not liable for any damages arising from its use, including lost saves or data. 2C Studio does not collect personal data. Your games, saves and settings stay on your device. To show cover art, the app downloads images from the public libretro thumbnail server, which can see your IP address and the names of the covers requested. At startup the app also downloads a small settings file from emulator.2cstudio.app, which lets 2C Studio withdraw a feature if legally required; that server (Cloudflare) can see your IP address.2C Studio 不收集个人数据。您的游戏、存档和设置都保存在您的设备上。为显示封面图，App 会从公开的 libretro 封面服务器下载图片，该服务器可以看到您的 IP 地址和所请求的封面名称。App 启动时还会从 emulator.2cstudio.app 下载一个很小的设定文件，以便 2C Studio 在法律要求时停用某项功能；该服务器（Cloudflare）可以看到您的 IP 地址。
